Message from Randy Doran
Dear Friends and Alumni of Divine Child,
It is my pleasure to accept Father Jim Bilot’s invitation to be the executive chair of the Investing in Excellence Capital Campaign for Divine Child Catholic Schools.
Our beloved schools have served our students well over the past 60 years and have become the anchor of the Dearborn Catholic community. Through tuition payments and the generosity of our parishioners, parents, alumni and friends, Divine Child has been able to consistently improve the academic, creative and athletic experiences of our students. We have also been able to ensure the affordability of a Catholic education for as many families as possible. We now want to build on this positive momentum and ensure that our schools will survive for years to come.
This is our first capital campaign in over 15 years and we are blessed with outstanding leadership and enthusiastic volunteers. The Investing in Excellence campaign will ultimately affect thousands of students who are now enrolled or will be enrolled at Divine Child High School and Elementary School. By Investing in Excellence, we will provide our students, teachers and coaches with state of the art facilities for science, fine arts, and athletics. These facilities will in turn provide Divine Child with the academic, creative, and athletic resources necessary to compete with other area Catholic and public schools, now and in the future.
